Do I apply to college as an international student?

<p>Hello, I am a junior in high school and I'm currently living in Slovakia.
I'm a permanent resident of the USA and a citizen of South Korea.
It may be an obvious question but..
Should I apply to college as an international student even if I have a green card?
(I'm graduating at an international school in Slovakia)
If yes, then do I need to take the TOEFL even if I'm a lawful permanent resident of the US??</p>

<p>You are a permanent resident of US. That says it all. You should apply as a US citizen. There is no need for you to take TOEFL.</p>
