Am I making progress?

Took the SAT a while back, got 670M and 610CR. I'm taking it again in June. Today my friend lent me his Grubers book and I studied it all day. (~6 hours)
I took the practice test online and I got a 690M and a 650CR. I felt like it might've helped, I might've been burned out though. Do you think that was improvement from the book, or just luckiness?

With only one test its impossible to say. It may very well have been improvement, just not very much. You might even score a bit higher on the actual SAT.

Btw, you can just say “luck” you dont have to say “luckiness” lol.

I guess that’s why my reading score is low then haha

IME I did a little bit worse on the real SAT then in my practice tests. I worked at my own pace, so I was able to absorb the material better and answer the questions c

orrectly. Therefore, on my practice test, I got 650 CR, 690 M, and 650 W, but I got 620 CR, 670 M, and 690 W on the real thing.
