So I already found an apartment for when I transfer and so I declined my guaranteed housing on campus, but now I'm starting to feel a little nervous. Do you think I'm missing out of the "dorm" experience? I know that most transfer students would be living in the same place, and so they'd probably kinda have a nice jump start socially, and now I'm scared I won't have that living off campus. Do you think I'd work out okay? Starting over somewhere new can be overwhelming, so it's difficult sometimes to meet people and make friends. Thoughts or suggestions?

you're just going to have to be more extroverted that's all...

Join some clubs and then when you make some new friends you can hang out with them in their dorms and see how nice your apartment is compared to their digs. lol
