UCLA housing vs commuting

<p>Does anyone have experience commuting to UCLA?
Transfers have experience in housing?</p>

<p>im trying to decide between communiting and living at the housing,
being a transfer im pretty sure id be stuck with like 3 other people in my bedroom, which honestly does not sound fun.ive heard alot of people cant handle living in the dorms, particularly transfers and just end up going home.</p>

<p>anyone want to share their experiences?</p>

<p>seems like it would be more fun living on campus and meeting new people imo. I am applying to UCLA as a transfer and I plan on living on campus if accepted.</p>
