Am I On the Right Track?

So, right now I'm a freshman in high school, and I'm wondering if I'm on the right track of getting into one of my top colleges. Some of my dream colleges are:
Texas A&M
Baylor University
Rice University
Notre Dame University
University of Pennsylvania (probably a far reach, but I can always dream)

I'm a pre-IB student with full intentions of continuing into the IB program. I'm going to be taking two AP exams this year: Comparative Government and Geography. Last semester I had a 3.8 GPA which isn't very good, but so far I'm on track to get a 4.0 this semester. My electives are:
Theater 1
Ethics
AP Comparative Government
Next year I also plan on taking either piano or debate, I'm not sure which one my schedule will allow.

My extracurriculars:
Three years of participation in the Scripps National Spelling Bee
UIL Spelling
Theater
Next year I'll either be in Theater or Academic Decathlon, but I'm not sure that I can do both. I also want to try UIL writing, and perhaps choir.

PLEASE let me know if I'm on the right track. Nobody's being very helpful on this subject.

freshman o.O

I believe you are on the right track. Now, I will list the SAT/ACT scores required to seal the deal.

Baylor: Safety at 25/2750
TAMU: Safety at 25/1750 (and, if possible, top 10%)
Rice: High match at 31/2100
Notre Dame: High match at 32/2160
UPenn: Reach

I think you are on the right track if you’re doing all that as a freshman. Be sure to seriously commit to a few extra curriculars for the next couple years and get some leadership positions, as well as volunteer work. But yeah, I think for now you’re pretty good.

Way to early to tell. Any sort of confidence you get from this thread is misplaced, you don’t know what’s going to happen in 3 years
