Your list seems to be the result of poor college research. There are many schools just below the ivy league level where you would have a much better chance if you would have taken the time to look for them. Understand that you have a very small chance at getting into an ivy league school.
I also have no idea why you asked a teacher from your freshman year for a recommendation, unless you had that teacher for multiple years.
Do not submit your SAT. It’s very unfortunate that deadlines are past, there are so many other schools you would have been much more competitive at, but the ivy brand lured you in. Best of luck to you in your admissions results, you have an impressive list of activities.
