Am I screwed for these UC's?

Greetings CC community! I am an Asian male looking to major in CS/MechE (surprise!) at the following UC’s:

UCSD
UCSB
UCD
UCI
UCR

Would anyone be kind enough to chance me for those schools? I’ve had people tell me I’ll get rejected from all UC’s, and other people telling me to not sweat it. Quite frankly I don’t know what to believe anymore.

GPA: 3.39 UW
UC GPA: 3.41 UW/3.77 W Capped (no trend in grade)
Rank - School doesn’t rank
High School - Ranked #1 in California. Idk if this helps or not, but we have like 2 valedictorians since the classes are all so freaking hard ¯_(ツ)_/¯

SAT: 2310 (Critical Reading: 710, Math: 800, Writing: 800)
SAT II’s: Math II (780), Physics (720)
AP’s (7 including senior year): Chemistry (4), U.S. History (4), English Language (4), Human (5), Physics C Mechanics, Calculus AB, and Computer Science A

EC’s:

1. Computer Business - Started my own freelance business and made around $10k
2. Internship at Large Insurance Company - Researched computer information systems
3. Co-Founder of a Health Club

…and various other little things like varsity sports or STEM club

Volunteer:
Nothing extraordinary, just a couple hundred hours doing various community services for kids/elderly

Honors & Awards:
NMSF
IAC Essay Divisional Recognition (5,000 entries)
1st Place in City Photography Contest
Varsity Basketball MVP
AP Scholar

Other:
I feel I have impressive essays, as well as spectacular letter of recs which help explain (or at least rectify) my low GPA

UC’s are very GPA focused so your lower than average GPA will hurt your chances. You have excellent test scores so it shows you are a capable student. Essays, EC’s and HS course rigor will all be considered but much is subjective so it is hard to quantify.

LOR’s are not considered unless requested.

Just looking at your EC’s, to me it looks like you put more effort in your Businees than school but I am no Adcom. You have a chance at some of the UC’s such as UCR/UCSC/UCI and maybe UCD/UCSB. Your GPA may be an issue or not?

UCB: 2%
UCLA: 3%
UCSD: 6%
UCD: 11%
UCSB: 13%
UCI: 16%
UCSC: 47%
UCR: 64%
UCM: 80%

Good luck and include a few Cal states as safeties just in case.
