Am I screwed?

I initially wasn’t planning on applying to Cornell because I thought it was way above my ability level, but going through application season I’ve realized I meet a lot of the criteria to be accepted and that I have a shot. So I want to apply, but there’s one problem, my SAT IIs. I wasn’t concerned with them too much during my junior year because I had a SAT I and ACT score I was very happy with and was confident I’d be applying to schools that allow the ACT to replace the SAT II requirement. So right now I have two very questionable scores for math 2 and U.S…

I want to apply to the engineering school which requires a math sat 2 in addition to a science sat 2. My question is will I automatically be removed from the applicant pool or will my chances be significantly decreased because I didn’t sent this score? I know their testing deadline is December, but if I took the test in January and sent it in would they review it?
I’ll probably try applying anyway but I wanna know how detrimental this is gonna be.
Thanks!

@Chiisai your question is literally impossible to answer without us knowing your scores. How bad is bad? SAT II scores are not weighted as heavily in their decisions as people think so your definition of bad might be wrong. I had what I thought were bad scores and was admitted ED to CoE on December 8th. Are you in the 600s? As for needing another science score, why don’t you contact the admission person assigned to your state and ask the same question? Maybe they’ll let a January test count. Everyone I have ever contacted at Cornell has been super nice.
