am i still eligible for u of M?

i got deferred with a 3.8 and 30 ACT and great essays... don't know why....

so now 7th semester just finished and i got my grades

English 12: A
AP Calculus BC: A-
AP Microeconomics: A
AP Chemistry: A
AP Biology: A
AP Physics C: A

my gpa went up to like a 3.9 now.

should I be guaranteed admission, or will i be rejected?

mann... i hate U of M... lol

You are not guaranteed admission no matter what, but you might get in.

You’ll get in. You can’t ever be really guaranteed, but for all intents and purposes, you are “guaranteed” to get in.

UMMMMM…didnt you post you applied ED to Duke and got in?

Posts: 11 oh… my bad… i mixed the 3rd college with MSU… applied to NW as RD. Duke was ED though. And Villanova was EA. Yeah, so I am forced to go to Duke. But thats ok. Doubt I would get into MIT or Stanford anyway (those are both EA though). "

no chance. defer -> reject.

It doesn’t matter. You got into Duke ED… you’re going there.

Aren’t you required to withdraw all other apps when you get in ED?

errrrrr hes obviously a ■■■■■.

No, because statistically if UMich rejected applications for ER who knows if you would have gotten deferred. So even with all A’s, this does not grant you admission since its a holistic proccess. Though ofcourse, all A’s would at least increase your chances.

your other thread about getting deferred from michigan said you had a 34 ACT, and if you were got in ED at duke then why are you even bothering to ask. also, why did you start a new thread to ask the same question again.

:P yea i was trollin that time…

haha… just wanted to see if ppl would believe me… lol… srry if anyone was taking it too seriously… I know I am prbly going to get a bunch of hate like “get out, this is a serious forum”

but reallly…

What i actually am saying in this thread is my real situation…

Should I be worried?
