Are these enough to be considered strong?
I will pursue the scholarship in Richmond

I like your chances, paul. Richmond says that they consider the whole candidate, so I don’t think those SATs, maybe your weakest point, are any problem at all. And you came here 4 years ago?! Congratulations, young man, I’d want you on my team!

Good!
are you in U of Richmond? Or are you an applicant? or alumnus?
Is 2250 too weak for U of Richmond?

You sound like you have a good chance! Of course anything can happen but those numbers are pretty solid.

I’m the father of an applicant. I’ve done the open house day and a lot of research on the school. Good luck.

SAT is not too weak. I am father of a Senior. Her SAT was lower than yours. I think you have a reasonable shot. Just one caveat though, UR looks at the complete applicant. I believe they would rather see dedication to a few ECs than a laundry list of things you have dabbled in. Your essay is your opportunity to sell yourself. Consider it as you would an important job interview. They will have a thousand applications that look just like yours. Make yourself stand out!

My 2 cents. Good luck! It is an awesome school. My daughter is not looking forward to graduation.
