am i totally doomed?

I really didn't work hard this year (stupid) until the fourth quarter, and I just got my year end grades which are really NOT good. My grades throughout high school aren't really that stellar in the context of CC, but I go to an uber-competitive day school where the average GPA is like a 2.9. So, anyways, are my chances at schools like Columbia and Penn totally blown? Here are my grades for high school so far:

FRESHMAN YEAR
Honors Geometry: B
Honors Earth Science: B
English: A
Latin 2: A
Heritage of Mankind: A-

SOPHOMORE YEAR
Honors Algebra 2: A-
Honors English: A-
Latin 3: A
Modern World Studies: B+
Honors Biology: A-
Journalism: A
Intro to Studio: A

JUNIOR YEAR
Honors Precalculus: B
AP English Lang&Comp: B+
AP Latin Lit: A-
Honors Chemistry: A-
AP US History: A- (maybe an A)
Printmaking 1: A

No, you're not doomed.

NO. you'd be doomed if you got caught plagiarizing. you'd be doomed if you hacked into your teacher's computer to change grades. you'd be doomed if you posted AP test questions online. you'd be doomed if you got expelled. you'd be doomed if you murdered someone. you would NOT be doomed for getting a few B's.

I'm getting tired of this...

you're not doomed per se but it would take a lot for you to get in. you might still have a slight chance to get into UPenn, like with extra curriculars and SAT scores.
i got rejected from UPenn because I had a few B's. this is accurate because Mr. Kaplan, the head director of admissions, talked to my mom directly on the phone and said that was the reason why I didn't get in.
