Am I doomed?

Okay, so it's my Junior year, and I have had a serious downpour of crappy grades :( . I'm doing just fine in some of my classes, but I'm really worried about my grade in three of them.
My physics teacher recently had us grade our own tests based on comprehension and execution (anyone else think that is really stupid), and I gave myself a very very low grade. I wasn't going to lie, but apparently everyone else did. He raised it a few points because he said that I was probably just being hard on myself, but I still have a B.
Next, my Biology class is really really difficult!!! My teacher said, "this class isn't supposed to be easy, and you're not supposed to get an A." He said that if anyone gets an A on his tests that he makes the next one harder. I now have a B, (hopefully it won't drop below...I pray) but I'm really worried.
Last but not least there is Spanish, where I just want to die. My teacher changed her grading system two days before the end of the quarter, and I now have a B.

Now, these grades would not be so bad if they weren't semester grades abnd if I didn't want to go to some of the top schools in the nation (NYU, Harvard, Columbia, Stanford, etc.). Do you think that this will reflect really badly on me (considering that Physics is an honors class, both Biology and Spanish are AP, and that I have 3 other APs and one other honors)?

Remember that your GPA isn't everything in the college application process... but it does count for quite a lot. On the other hand, colleges will look at the rigor of the courses you're taking--yours sound pretty rigorous (honors and AP)--and take that into consideration when they're looking at your GPA. It's more important that you take a rigorous courseload than it is that you get all A's.

Now, if you get letters of recommendation from these tough-as-nails teachers and they talk about how bloody hard their class is and how you did awesome compared to the other students they've taught (if that's the case), then you still might stand a decent chance at top colleges, I think. You'll especially stand a decent chance if you have a discernible passion for learning, excellent ECs, and high test scores.

Good luck.

I have never read a post of someone so doomed in their life. You have a very tough life.
