Find practice problems if you feel the need to prepare.

AMC 12 -> AIME is like a dime a dozen.

USAMO on the other hand is a different story.

Resources:
Art of Problem Solving Volume 2
the Art of Problem Solving intermediate books
Old AIME 1-5 problems and AMC 12s
Advice:
when you learn new math concepts from the above books, don't memorize formulas. take your time going through each chapter and following the proofs. if you do this, you will gain a deeper understanding of math and be able to apply the concepts creatively.
practice every day (or as much as you can); make sure you fully understand a problem (even after you've solved it) before you move on to the next one
make sure you're not just doing this for college admissions; if you don't have genuine motivation for problem solving you will not improve as quickly as someone else who does have the motivation
when you do problems, don't just randomly come up with a way to solve them. rather, develop a reasoning process or what i like to call a "problem solving algorithm" to solve problems

Art of Problem Solving. They also have books, The Art of Problem Solving Volume 1 and 2, and then some more specific subject books, and then classes. And unless you can't pay for it, I'd get both Volumes 1 and 2, even though Volume 1 may seem to introductory (I know someone who made USAMO with just looking at Volume 1).
