<p>yea, you pretty much got the job. at the orientation you will be taken into small groups and have a mini interview. they basically are just making sure you aren't crazy. you won't have a full on interview or have to wait for a phone call.</p>

<p>and don't feel guilty. the director of AR is a bit pretentious (and by a bit I mean a lot...I know from a work-related situation that I had to handle through him) and if they make it seem like your a horrible person for not taking the job, don't worry about it. it's just their way of saying why are you wasting my time? (which you're not because, let's face it, that's their job)</p>

<p>i signed up for a refresher orientation b/c i worked there last year. even though the email said "by signing up for this you agree you will be able to work next year" i still don't know whether i will or not. i'm waiting to recieve my studio schedule. if you can't work there simply just write an email explaining extenuating circumstances (white lies are okay) and saying you can't work...you won't be "smeared forever".</p>
