<p>I didn’t read the whole thread but as a French student, my opinion about the American university in Paris is the one of a very average school which costs an arm and a leg. Especially here in France, most of the best schools (except maybe for business schools) are the cheapest ones (engineering schools and so on…) and I really think that paying a huge amount of money for this school is kind of, how can I say, weird or at least incomprehensible.</p>

I just started college in Texas this year but I want to transfer in AUP next year for Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. I need to know everything about living there, how expensive it is, is it difficult to live there without knowing French? What about housing, it is expensive or what kind do you suggest? Is it a good school and I need any kind of financial aid because I am not rich, I just dream a lot So what do you suggest me to do to get as many scholarships and financial aid possible?
A lot of questions I know, sorry, I need help and advice.
