American University vs Muhlenberg college vs Syracuse University

I am a Male from new york im going to appy early decision to one of these 3 schools i think american is good because it has an amazing campus as well as all the internships and nightlife washington dc has to offer. Muhlenberg seemed to have a really tight knit community. Syracuse maybe a little big but i like the whole classic college with sports and its a nice school with good programs (im studying prob business). i felt like i blended with the student body at muhlenberg the most but i wouldnt have a problem finding friends at ethr of the others at all.

Im concerned people at american may not have school spirit or care about the actual school and maybe attending to be in dc but i could be totally wrong. Muhlenberg seemed nice but by the end of the day i began to recodnize students, im just nervous tht i may like it at the start but become annoyed tht its so small and become bored at the same small campus after 4 years but im not sure that would even happen, Syracuse maybe to large i liked the personal feel of the other 2 more.

sorry about spelling misteakes i wrote that really fast also, how wuld u rate the social scene at american vs muhlenberg, what do muhlenberg students do at night

I used to think the same way about American. I believe people may have the false impression that there is no school spirit because there is no football team. The school tour did not do anything to make me think that there was a lot of activity going on socially. Now, I know my daughter has only been there for three weeks, but I have to say she is very busy and is always at a meeting, an event, a party, etc. It is hard to do all the extracurriculars she is interested in since she already has a great deal of course work. She is meeting loads of people and is very happy with her choice (which was not her first choice at the time).

Of course, if you are talking about parties with alcohol, don’t think AU would be for you. It is a dry campus.
