I'm from the US, I have a 3.87 unweighted/4.4 weighted GPA, and an SAT score of 2100 (680M/690CR/730W). I haven't taken any SAT IIs yet, but I'm expecting to get at least 650s or above on the ones I do take. My courseload is above average in rigor but not the toughest possible. My extracurriculars are nothing impressive, but apparently Canadian universities don't look at your extracurricular activities.

I would want to major in English, French, or Linguistics. Definitely something in the Arts/Humanities.

How likely is it that I'll get into any of the following schools:
*McGill University
*University of British Columbia
*University of Ottawa
*Concordia University in Montr

I’m interested in the canadian schools too and from what I’ve seen they weight SAT’s extremely heavily. McGill, UT, UoBC are matches imo but I think you would have even better shot with better SAT’s.

I am an American alumnus of McGill. I started a thread some time ago on The McGill board in which I and a couple of other American alums have made extensive comments: “Ask a McGill Alumnus”. Please take a look. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/mcgill-university/844836-ask-mcgill-alumnus.html

I won’t chance you other than to say your stats look good. Of the Canadian schools you listed, I would call Concordia your safety school.

I was recently accepted to McGill and UBC Arts Programs and I have a 2220 SAT (700M, 770CR, 750W) and a 97% average, Canadian schools don’t take extracurriculars into the admissions process unless you are applying for a major scholarship.
Hope this helps ( :
