@nillupa I forget, but if you try and reset your password it lets you know.
@GenKlos What if all it says is to go to netpartner?
@AllyssXx Not sure. It’s what it’s showing me right now too. It may not work this year, or it may be too early as it only worked on the morning of admissions last year.
When they say Friday evening, around what time does that mean? Like 5ish?
@GenKlos I can pick and even schedule courses tho LMAO.
Clicking the widget button does nothing for me, did not apply for financial aid
EDIT: Nevermind it works, didnt apply for FA so I only have a documents tab
I can log in to the net partner normally, when I click my tab I get an error.
I guess its not working yet, but I also think if it worked last year they will make sure it wont happen again
i can login through the widget
I don’t have my aid done so doesn’t show an award:(
So if you see an award, you’re in?
I only have the documents tab
I only have the documents tab as well
if you didn’t apply for financial aid, I think only the documents tab should show.
I have applied for FA, and all my required documents are submitted.
Has anyone else just seen an Income/Expense Statement show up on their financial aid portal? I submitted all my documents on time and would check regularly with IDOC and Amherst’s portal to see I had everything in, but I just signed on and the school requested I submit this document. Granted, I did not log back in for quite some time after the February 1 deadline because I didn’t think anything else like this would show up.
when does the admissions come out?
guys I am an international student and I did not take any toefl or ielts exam!! will I be disqualfied for admission?
@Benny365 Unfortunately, you may be - although there are some circumstances in which this is not the case. Was your secondary schooling conducted entirely in English? Furthermore, what was your SAT Reading and Writing score, or alternatively, your ACT Reading score?
To further fuel the FA based speculation, what does the little paragraph at the start of your financial aid portal say? I haven’t read it before, but it ends with - “We look forward to working with you and your family during your time at Amherst! If you have questions about your financial aid award, please be in contact with our office”. Not sure if they say this for everyone and it’s always been there, or if it was added recently.
@GenKlos Yes since grade 3 I was in an international school. I did IGCSE and Im currently doing IB
@Benny365 On the Amherst website, it states you are exempt if: you have conducted your entire secondary education at a school with English as the primary language of instruction.
It sounds like you should be okay.
