I personally want to attend sophie davis school of biomedical education

2220, some BS xtra currics, "good solid leadership for tomorrow" skills

Colgate is where I will be going unless a HYP Dart or Brown falls my way

Colgate was my favorite school I visited last spring break (visited Williams,
Amherst, Middlebury, Vassar, Cornell, Hamilton too)

mhc48, if it hasn't moved it to doable, which it hasn't -it has certainly moved it to "thinkable".

My D has a 4.0 uw, 4.4 w, 32 ACT, good EC's with leadership, and I think great rec's. We didn't visit when we did the NE run, we did Amherst, Williams, Middlebury, Vassar, Trinity, Skidmore, Conn College. We'll be visiting in April once we know about the accepted status of her aps. Anyone with info on the visit would be great. I've read the other boards with visiting info from before.

Did any of you AMS acceptances... received the "were reading your application letter"???

Or is this letter only for the people who needs to wait till the regular decisiondate 1 April

D got the we are reading your app letter and a week later, the AMS packet.

My S looked at it last March during vacation. It was the first school we looked at. It was cold of course and a few flurries. Despite this, he loved it. He had a great tour guide - friendly, informative etc. I was very impressed with the admissions office - again friendly, helpful, personal, great printed materials. The info session was small and unintimidating with a terrific young admissions guy - not just the usual slide show of statistics. Afterwards, we went to one of the campus places to have lunch - very bright appealing building with appetizing food choices. We sat at a table with some very cute girls (my S was happy) who were outgoing and forthcoming with information. My son did remark on the number of attractive girls he saw and obviously found that a plus. All in all, it was a successful visit.
