I'm planning to apply to a bunch of top 20 schools, as well as a couple IVY league schools this fall. My weighted GPA is 3.7 (with honors and APs), 2350 (2nd time), and a bunch of unique ECs. Honestly, I am screwed?

It depends on how impressive those ECs of yours are (sports seem pretty helpful from my own observations) and how you write your essay (put alot of time into them, but don’t let others influence the way you speak/write).

And it depends on your luck. Top 20s are more or less crapshoots if you meet the base requirements.

An Asian friend of mine with 3.98ish (only 1 B ever, and it was senior year, taking full IB and has taken math classes at a nearby college because our school only goes up to 2nd year calc) 35 ACT and alot of Math/science ECs was denied/waitlisted at every Ivy league. (Though he did get into UChig, Berkeley, and some other top notch schools)

At the same time, another kid who had minimal IB classes and a much lower GPA got into Dartmouth because he was varsity track.

I myself got into a top 5 engineering school with a 3.4gpa (full ib) and 2200 sat. Rejected/waitlisted from all other top schools though.
