an idea for an essay that i need advice on...not for essay forum fyi

guys...i have a great twist on college admissions for an essay..ive written it ...everybody think its fantastic ...but one small problem...unknown to me before i wrote it, admissions counselors dont like to read about college admissions...now ive heard this from 2-3 people..idn if this is true or not but id sure like to find out...so please reply

anyone?...

Why don't you write it and have people review the actual essay? If it's good, people won't care what it's about. (Well, there are some exceptions- no one wants to hear about your grandma's hernia or something like that)

are you volunteering...iv written it already...im just trying to find out if college admissions is the basic wrong thing to write about

Well, they DO work in the admissions department. It'd be like reading an article detailing a point of view concerning your history class. Some might like to read from a different perspective; others might dislike history class and would be easily bored by it.

Hit or miss, a topic with good writing will always be well-received.

would anyone like to read it?
