Analytical Writing Placement Exam

Who needs to take the Analytical Writing Placement Exam?

On their website it says these people are exempt:

30 or better on the ACT Combined English/Writing test; or
680 or better on the College Board SAT Reasoning Test, Writing Section; or
3, 4, or 5 on either Advanced Placement (AP) Examination in English; or
5 or above on an International Baccalaureate High Level English A exam, or
Completed an acceptable one-quarter (three-unit) course in English composition with a grade of “C” or better at another college or university or the UCI summer session. (For more information on composition courses that satisfy the Analytical Writing requirement, contact the UCI Admissions Office at (949) 824-6703.)
6 or above on an International Baccalaureate Standard Level English A exam

However, on this website says otherwise in regards to my case:
UCI Testing Office

I didn't get a score of 680 on writing, but I did get a five on the English Language exam. Do I need to take the exam or no? The list says yes, but the website says otherwise.
Also, since I am not going to send my AP scores till july ( with other AP scores I am taking this year), would there be a problem? Because right now the record has my English ap score as only self-reported but they don't have an official report of my score, and the placement test is needed for summer orientation.

You are good; I failed the AWPE but got exempt because of my AP Eng/Lit. Just hold out on taking any writing class til Winter, but I’m pretty sure that you won’t have to taking 39A.
