<p>Well, I just got an email from an admissions officer at Andover and he said that at the present time, it appears as though the admissions committee will not be going to their waitlist, but it can change over the course of the summer. </p>
<p>The two remaining doors has fully closed for me, I wasn't accepted to any other school so I guess I'll be staying at home for the next year. Late congratulations to all those who got accepted :]</p>

<p>I visited Andover in the summer and was interviewed by the step-dean of admission, who gave me his contact information. I emailed him with a letter that explained my reasoning to go to boarding school and what difference it has made in my life. </p>
<p>He emailed me a few days later thanking me for my continued interest, and said that at the present time, it looks as if they will not be going to the waitlist and they will be in touch with all waitlisted people to get a sense of whether they wish to remain on the waitlist or not.</p>
