I know that my stats aren't amazing but I really love Northeastern and want to know if it would even be worth applying to.I visited yesterday at the Open House and it just felt right. Will my SAT scores affect me a lot? Thanks in advance.

What's the breakdown of your SAT? Retake your SAT's, you still have time. Try to get your score at least into the mid 1700's range, if not aiming for 1800 (it's a big leap from your last score, but aim for it to be on the safe side).

How tough competitive was your high school? Your GPA could be a little higher, especially since it would probably fall into the B range UW. If you went to a competitive high school, a B average is ok.

SATs are 470M 540CR 590W
I have to take the SAT IIs in Dec. and there won't be time to take SATS again in January.
My high school isn't amazingly competitive but a few grads a year do go ivy league. My biggest question is if it would even be worth applying to though. Or how do let them know that I'm really interested.

The best way to show interest is to apply Early Action, but I don't know if the deadline has passed already. Also, what major are you applying as? The School of Criminal Justice is the easiest to get into. Also, if one of the SAT II's you are taking is one of the Math ones, you may have a chance to prove your math ability to Northeastern through that.
