Another "chance me" thread... A senior running out of time....

So heres my "transcript" (keep in mind, its a VERY competitive high school, one of the top public high schools in new england)

Sophomore Year: (APs offered: math + language (ie spanish or french))
Math AP: C (yuck...)
English H: C+
Bio H: B+
Chem H: A-
History H: B

Junior Year: (APs offered: math only..... chem AP is a senior class that I only took cuz i doubled sciences the year before... also, no 1AP spanish offered)....
Spanish 1H: B
English H: B
Chem AP: A-
History H: B+
Math AP: B-

Junior Summer:
Calculus II at BU: B

Senior Year: (First Quarter)
Physics AP: A
Bio AP: A
Spanish H: B
Stat AP: A? (right now I have an A... I have a big test soon which will determine if that changes... but I don't think it will...)
Public Speaking (an english course): A
Lit Since 1900 H: W(D or C)... kinda a long story, but w stands for "withdrawn" and my guidance counselor is writing a letter explaining how I just had to many courses this year....

SAT: (took it once)
W: 640
M: 790
CR: 730

Chem: 800
MathIIc: 800
Bio: 660 (sophomore year.... it was dumb)

ACT: (took it once... havent gotten my writing score back yet)
M: 36
S: 34
E: 33
CR: 36
Comp: 35

My extra curriculurs arent outstanding, but their decent... things which stick out are a job my sophomore summer doing research for a hospital, from which I got an INCREDIBLE letter from my boss, essentially saying that because of something I noticed while running a study, the hospital had a significant policy change...

Also, I have run an ebay business for the past 5 years which pulls in a substantial amount of income (not sure on the figures.....) and I have 4 years on a varsity sport...

I'm writing my essay on my mother dying from cancer when I was 8 and my sister almost dying from the same disease when I was in 8th grade..... I think its a fairly powerful essay.....

So my schools I think are:
UPENN
Cornell
Northwestern
UC berkeley (I may check the UCLA box as well for the hell of it)
NYU
Lehigh
McGill
Emory or BU (If I apply to emory, Id apply to the main campus as well, but the reason Im applying is so that the oxford campus is a safe school)
Indiana (Kelley)

And maybe a couple others... any help is massively appreciated... and if you have a suggestion for other schools to apply too, that would be a huge help also... I would be going for business, although where I'm allowed to, I am applying for science as well (planning on double majoring).... If it matters, I will not be eligible for financial aid....

Everything looks good, but except for your GPA. I get that you were in tough classes at a very competitive school, but I don't see many As in there at all. In fact, as I look through the grades, I mainly see Bs, which isn't going to look good. What is your class rank though? I guess if you are in the top 5% of your class, it wouldn't matter much, but if you're not close to that, I think it will be a problem.

With that being said...
Upenn: big reach
Cornell: reach
Northwestern: reach
UC Berkeley: reach (OOS)
NYU: slight reach
Lehigh: match
McGill: not too familiar, but I think it would be a match
Emory: reach
BU: match
Indiana: not too familiar

My school doesnt rank (unfortunately....)...

if it helps, I know that BU is a safety as a fact.... my school uses a program called naviance, which shows where people got in with what statistics (unfortunately, its not that accurate because it doesnt take into account kinds of classes).... however, BU is a school that is DEFINATELY a safety....
