OK, so like I wanna apply to places like A/E (it's funny because I keep thinking that stands for American Eagle. Haha...)

SSAT: Well last time I got 91%, so assume its around that.
Grades: All As except one B+ in English and a C in Leadership.
ECs: XC, track, wrestling, piano, clarinet in symphony orchestra, guitar, CTY (H Algebra 1, taking H Al 2 over the summer and some sort of writing course), self studying calculus (if it matters), mentoring program.

Next year I'm gonna try for Chamber Orchestra, and a student publication. I'm gonna do Varsity XC and Track (I think) and Varsity Wrestling since there isn't gonna be any JV, a lot of volunteer work on the weekends like CT River Cleanup and stuff, and I'm going to have braces so I can pluck the rubber bands to make music if that counts as an EC.

Awards: Most Improved in XC, High Honor Roll (A average),

Classes next year: H Precal, Latin 2, playwriting, physics, and everything else is standard for 9th graders.

My interview was excellent. Me and the interviewer had a common friend tehehe. That and my SSAT scores were probably what even got me waitlisted, i slacked off in some classes 7th grade.
As far as your chances, the grades wont be a problem if you do really good first quarter frosh year. Join activities. Be active. Have a good inteview and don't be cocky.
