Another chances thingy

Ouchhh. yeah i have good vision luckilly.

That's cool.

I'm used to having glasses, and I've been wearing those all the time since fourth grade, but not I'm swimming more often and I can barely see ANYTHING, so I needed contacts. 10 more minutes and I can take them out.

You know, what's really funny is that "god's name taken in vain" only occured after and because someone objected to it!

I hope you're aware that "god's name taken in vain" refers to breaking vows to God. The modern understanding of it meaning "don't curse" is just a recent excuse to enforce prudery.

Exactly.

Saying, "Oh my God" isn't saying God's name in vain.

Well at least that's what I think.

GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD D amnit

This is going to come down to how good you are in your activities. A lot of people wrestle and play instruments, but how good are they at either activity? If you can beat out those types of candidates (and there are a lot) you're in good shape. Piano for example, is this "I've played at Carnegie Hall" or "I've done the Suzuki method for a couple years." For track, how's you're mile time (I'm assuming you're a distance runner if you do XC as well)? For wrestling, what weight class are you in? A lot of this depends on if the school wants what you have to offer. Andover, for example, has a guy in 09 that runs the mile in 4:38 and two more 09ers who are right behind him. 3 freshman on the Varsity team that took 2nd in New England.

Of course, I can't give an accurate assessment if I don't know how good you are at your activities. Just keep all this in mind. Good luck :)
