I'm majoring in EECS. Is this schedule doable?

CS 61A - 4 units
Math 53 - 4 units
Physics 7B - 4 units
humanities course (probably south asian c127) - 4 units

A total of 16 units... :S

If I were you I'd hold off on the Physics 7B until next semester, unless if you are really good at physics or have studied all that material before and expect it to be very easy. I assume you've tested out of 7A or taken it previously, you really are ahead of things a bit there. So you can take it a little easier first semester. It's just putting off the inevitable but might be better to ease more slowly into Berkeley.

thanks! yeah, I've studied quite a bit of the material in 7B before, but no, I didn't find it too easy. lol. :)

Why don't you take a seminar instead of the humanities course?
