another math question

10 Real Sat, 3rd edition Redbook, Page 349, #10.

Question: In the figure above, points P and T lie on line L. How many different points on line L are twice as far from point T as from point P?

The figure is a line (line L) with points P and T on it. Both points P and T lie on the same line L.

I do not understand what the question wants.

Say P and T are five units apart:

P-----T

X-----P-----T
I think there can only be one, point X.
I hope I understand the question

the answer is two. but it's ok.... i'll hopefully figure it out eventually. thanks tho.
