<p>My daughter is on the waitlist for UCLA. She just got the following email from UCLA financial aid. I am assuming that this another mistake by the financial aid office, since she has not received an email offering her admission. Has anyone else gotten this email?</p>

<p>For 2012-2013, the Main UCLA Financial Aid Office continues to receive more financial aid applications for summer and academic year than ever in the past. In order to make sure that students have access and a seamless delivery of their financial aid in time to pay their fees and cover their living and educational costs, the Financial Aid Office has implemented the following modified Service Counter Schedule to take effect Thursday, May 17th 2012 and end Monday, September 17th 2012.</p>
<ul> <li> Service Counter Hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM.</li> <li> Our Service Counter will be closed on Thursdays for processing, but phone lines will remain open at 310-206-0400.</li> <li> Phone hours are Monday - Friday 10:00AM - Noon and 2:00PM - 4:00PM or we can be reached via email at <a href="mailto:finaid@saonet.ucla.edu">finaid@saonet.ucla.edu</a>.</li> </ul>
