<p>Knock it off. You know full well you have as much of a chance as any other Asian/white with good SAT scores, all As, and good ECs. Unless you're hiding a Mexican grandmother in your hat or a track-and-field world record in your Nikes, you just have to hope. Unless you murder children in your spare time, you've got that hope, and that'll have to be enough. </p>

<p>My one helpful comment is that I happen to know someone who got automatic entrance to Cornell specifically because her father was a professor there. However, unless your father is Chief of Staff or something equally heavy, I wouldn't bank on that. But it's a thought.</p>
