Another Premed Dilemma - Pl help!

So I was premed, intending Public Health at Cal when I first came in. Bio 1B didn't work out for me so I had to change it to P/NP. I've gotten two B- s in two other basic science classes and am taking Chem 3A/L with Pederson this semester. Given all this and that my strengths lie in languages and humanities (academically speaking), should I aim to major in a social science and graduate a year early (and save out of state tuition for a whole year) and finish up premed pre-reqs by doing a post-bacc? Or an MPH? Or should I try one science class/semester (instead of two) and stay here all four years?
So in other words, should I even bother doing premed at Cal? Should I return to my home state and do it there?
I would love to finish up and go home asap but I don't want to ruin my (already ruined) chances of getting into med school: its what I've been working towards all my life and am not ready to give it up just yet. Please help!!
