Another question about the optional essay

<p>I want to use this one:</p>

<li>Use an 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper to create something. You can blueprint your future home, create a new product, draw a cartoon strip, design a costume or a theatrical set, compose a score or do something entirely different. Let your imagination wander. </li>
</ol>

<p>And I saw on other topics that you literally can “do whatever the hell you want.”
So if I decide to do an illustration, how would I submit this via common app?
Would I just mail it later even if the deadline is tomorrow?</p>

<p>well the book thing i have says the deadline for the supplemental form and the common app is january 1. the deadline for supporting materials is january 10. maybe that counts for january 10? I hope so i want to mail something too.</p>

<p>i mailed mine in. danadmiss said that you can mail it in or send it in a pdf form or something, but if its in color they cant print it out in color because they have other people's files to print too</p>
