Another Science Test Quesiton

I have taken three practice Science tests, and unlike English, Math, and Reading my score has stayed about the same. 25 on the Red Book. 23, 25 on PR (anyone else think the scale for science in this book is a little harsh? -5 = 29)

The major problem I have is the time limitations. Even if I skip the Conflicting Viewpoints passage, I barely can finish. I usually skip the introduction and go straight to the questions. Am I supposed to read the experiments, most times I end up reading them to answer questions.

I am trying to get a 29-31 overall, but science is holding me back. (E 31, M 29, R 30, S 25 is the best I have gotten on each section, which barely is a 29.)

I posted this as a response to another thread, but I thought I could get more responses this way.

Any suggestions? The test is fast approaching.

this section caused me a lot of stress too. what i did was read the questions first and then interpret graphs/data in order to answer the questions. if i couldn’t interpret it well, i read the intro. usually this works pretty swell…but its ACT science, so it wasn’t perfect
