Another "What are my chances" thread

Sorry to make another one of these, but all of the threads on this forum seemed to be geared towards top 25 schools.

I'm entering my junior year as an undergrad at University of Colorado. I'm majoring in Economics and Math. I'm about halfway through my econ courses but just starting my math courses. So I'm looking at another 5 or 6 semesters before I graduate.

I have around a 2.8 gpa right now, just cause of stupid mistakes my freshmen year - but I can easily get it up in 3.1-3.5 range. I haven't taken the LSATs yet but I have always been good with standardized tests, so with a prep course I'll expect to get at least a 155 on my first try no sweat.

I have my heart set on University of Denver. How do you think I stand on getting in? Also my dad graduated from Sturm LS at DU and practiced law in Colorado for a number of years. (not sure if this still helps for admissions)

thanks!

Median LSAT score is 160
Median undergraduate GPA is 3.12

Make sure you're above it and you'll be good to go. Law school is all about numbers, even more so when you get to the schools that aren't top 14. Also, an addendum explaining the upward trend in your grades would help you out.
