Anxiety accommodations?

Hi!

I’m waiting to hear back yet, but just in case I do get into UW, I’m wondering where to start investigating these. I have an anxiety/panic disorder and have accommodations through my high school (and I’ve always had official testing accommodations through ACT/AP). I know that these exist in some format in college, but they’re also sometimes based on just communicating with professors/TAs.

Does anyone have experience, tips, or suggestions for how to navigate this at Madison? All I know is that the McBurney Center exists.

Check with them- they’re the experts for all sorts of disabilities at UW. Anything we post on CC is opinion only, get the facts from UW directly.
