<p>I've been freaking out over the DEC 1st sat, and have not recovered from "test taking high" yet. I cannot possibly find a way to forget about the test and random anxious thoughts keep polluting my mind (bubbling errors, etc.) At this rate, I have no idea how I am supposed to survive the next 16 ishk days before I get my scores back. </p>
<p>Some advice on anxiety reduction would help!</p>
