<p>There’s some good advice in the thread. I agree with exercise and talking with someone where you could potentially learn some techniques for dealing with anxiety. </p>
<p>As someone that has hired many people for our company, having a degree is one of the critical components because it shows me that the person has had to deal with and handle the ups and downs, emotions, and complexities that being in college for 4-5 years can provide. It shows that you’ve come out on the other side victorious with a degree in hand. </p>
<p>What you’re feeling is not unusual either. It’s very possible that you could beat this on your own but why take the chance? Talking to someone doesn’t hurt anything, especially talking to people that have dealt with this over and over from students like yourself. </p>
