Hey everyone, just like everyone else here, I'm extremely anxious about the wait for UCLA. But what's making it even more unbearable for me is I have no idea what my chances are, so I don't really know what to expect. If you could chance me I'd very much appreciate it :)

My case is kinda unique so I don't know, I'm a one year transfer coming from another UC (UCI), I got admitted as a freshman last year but I couldn't go because of parents' health issues (I forgot to put this in my personal statement, but I sent them an e-mail as a supplement)

Major: Biology
GPA: 3.75
Pre-reqs: I'm not really sure lol (see below)
so UCLA says this on their website:

"required:
one year of biology with lab for the major
one year of calculus
one year of general chemistry with lab for the major
one semester in organic chemistry with lab

Strongly Recommended:
a second semester of organic chemistry
one year of calculus-based physics"

I've completed the Gchem, calc (AP credit), physics (AP credit), and I think bio (I'm not sure about this one because as a UCI bio major we take 2 quarters of bio freshman year, but no labs...but the thing is you don't get to bio labs until upper divs which are junior year, so I'm not quite sure about this one?)

So what's left is the one semester of Ochem, which I also couldn't take because as a UCI bio major you're supposed to take 3 quarters of ochem sophomore year

So what do you guys think? Do I have a decent shot?
