Any amazing or memorable classes or professors to recommend?

My daughter is a senior at UCLA. She has just begun her winter quarter and will graduate in June. After this quarter she as one to go and only one remaining class for her major to complete. She still needs a couple extra classes to meet the number of units needed to graduate.
This quarter she is taking an Honors Collegium class with Prof Vonblum that she has heard much about and a class all about Paris that is taught in French (she studied in Paris fall of her junior year). So she is trying to take really interesting classes while she finishes up her last couple of quarters.
Obviously she can talk to fellow students to get recommendations but I thought I would check in here to see if there are any other gems out there to be recommended...either unique classes or really special professors. She may as well enjoy her last quarter! Thanks.

Take a class with Teofilo Ruiz. He is in the History Department and is one of the most amazing professors I’ve had. I took a GE class with him last year and then decided to travel to Paris with him over the following summer. He absolutely LOVES paris and has told his students he has visited every year for over 30+ years.

He is fluent in French as well as 6+ languages. Really an incredibly intelligent and nice person to be around.

He almost only gives out A+'s and A’s.
