I got accepted early action and I was wondering if anyone knew if there was any benefit in accepting early? Like better housing? Thanks.

Accepting, no. Putting in the housing deposit, yes.

Most schools let you pay your housing deposit and submit your housing preference before actually saying you’ll go there. This is VERY important if better housing is important to you. When I applied to schools, I paid housing deposits at Northeastern and a state school just in case. I only accepted Northeastern’s offer after the regular decision schools got back to me.

Thanks very much really good to know.
