Is there a way to eat 6 equally sized meals everyday? (conveniently) I was hoping there was some cafeteria manager I could talk to so that I could take a turkey sandwhich out after lunch or something and eat less each time in the cafeteria...I hope there's a way one can do it.

Also can we bring fridges? My roomates are all weightlifters and we really need milk but I heard you can only rent this mini fridge/microwaves and we'd much rather just buy one. Are they relatively easy to hide?

It would be difficult to eat 6 meals efficiently at the cafeterias. I never even ate Lunch at the cafeterias since I’m on campus everyday from 11-4pm. Hence I have to either resort to Food Trucks or Ackerman.

Depending on your class schedule, you can try:

Breakfast at Cafeteria,
Packed snack -> Eat during class
Lunch at Cafeteria/Ackerman
Packed snack -> Eat during class
Dinner at Cafeteria
Late night snack.

You can always get 19P and just swipe for a **** ton of turkey sandwiches and keep them refrigerated in your room.

ohh it’s microwaves that aren’t allowed right? oh and I didn’t know you could swipe for bag lunches that’s awesome! (i have 19p) My schedule is 11-4 pm too haha thanks guys! i’ll get on that fridge right away. And if microwaves are allowed i’ll probably save a swipe on breakfast and just make oatmeal myself.

HanTzu1337, although stand alone microwaves are not allowed, a lot of people still have one in their room. Just hide it during room inspection (out of sight will be better) and you will know in advance of the inspection day. It would be best that you are not in your room when it happens because you might be asked to expose some stuff. You see, they are not allowed to touch anything but they can ask you to do it.

Most of the dining halls probably let you swipe for bagged lunches. I do know that Hedrick lets you swipe. They give you two plastic sandwich bags after.

The worst thing that could happen is that they tell you to get rid of the microwave. Put it in someone else’s room when they follow up, and put it back in your room when that’s done.

Have your room as MESSY as possible during room inspection. Turn off all the lights and while they come in, pretend to be taking a nap.

The RA’s will get lazy and not want to search your dirty @ss room in the dark. They don’t want to turn on the lights either since you’re sleeping. If they DO turn on the lights, grumble a lot and walk around in your boxers. They will leave soon enough.

^best tactic EVER; too bad I don’t live in the dorms anymore
and instead of walking around in your boxers, just lie in bed in your boxers without covering yourself with your blanket
