any chance of being admitted in the US

I am a BSc.(physics)(3 years) student and it isn't going well for me as I've failed couple of my subjects. Now, is there
any chance that I might be accepted as a freshman or a transfer student (as I've cleared my 1st year) in any of the colleges in US? I can't decide whether to complete my bachelors here or prepare for SATs and apply abroad. I have 61% in 10+2 and 49% in Bsc 1st year. If I'm able to score > 2000 in SAT, do I stand a chance?

SAT isn’t everything. Yeah, you can get a good score and get their attention. What next though? You need to show what you’ve been doing since you completed +2. Your post seems to suggest you’ve completed 3 years of B.Sc Physics, so you must show what you’ve done in the three years that makes you worth admitting into any US school. You’ve already started a program in Nepal, and that too for 3 years, I doubt any college will admit you as a first year student. Also, you better have proof of strong academics somehow, may be SAT II, and AP tests – I think you can take the AP tests thru Lincoln School. You need that, and a very good reason why you want to continue the program in the US. If you’re intending to get admitted via a transfer process, then be ready to pay lots of $$.

Here’s my suggestion to you: buckle down. Study hard, get those subjects cleared, and get them cleared well. Since it’s a 3 year program, you’ll likely need a masters to even be eligible to apply for PhD programs here. If you clear them well (with good scores), and do well on GREs, you have a shot at PhD program. Even then, you’re at a disadvantage because universities seek research experience for PhD students. Being in Nepal, it’s likely that you don’t have much research experience, if any. Therefore, to get into a PhD program, your best shot is to get really good scores in M.Sc, and may be also have some teaching experience and good recommendations.
