<p>The thread states my question. My academic stats match up and I have strong EC's. However, I have heard UPenn is very stingy with aid, and Huntsman in nearly impossible to get into anyway. What do you think?</p>

unless you’ve won some like international competitions or something hahaha.
or like written a published world-renown book. hahaha (or maybe not to that level of exagerration…)
but basically, i’d say it’s possible, but i just wouldn’t bet on it. </p>

if you need a full scholarship… ehhh
but if you just need a little bit, maybe? 
(actually i don’t know when you submit your fafsa forms so idk if they put into account how much aid you need. so maybe its the same for everyone - the weight they put the fact that you need aid)</p>
