i am thinking about Dartmouth or Amherst ED. That seems to change daily, but i feel like i have done adequate research and know what i want…may not ED though. How would this effect my chances?

Thanks all

I’m sure you’ll be fine if you present a compelling case that really makes you shine as a person.

I feel that Amherst, relative to its peer schools, is more willing to give students who are personally outstanding, but not as numerically strong, a chance when it comes to admissions.

You’re a Native American from Oklahoma… this fact can make up for your slightly below average ACT and GPA.

Your GPA isn’t really bad at all… just try to get your ACT score up a bit.

Dartmouth is very interested in Native American applicants, from what I understand.
They also look at the whole student- not just the numbers.

Good luck!

thanks! I appreciate the advice…

im study a ton for my act. im really shooting/think 31+
