Any college suggestions? I like science :3

Hi! Currently I am a sophomore in high school living in california. Freshman year I dealt with depression, stress, and anxiety issues causing my usual 3.7+ gpa to plummet D:. So freshman yr first semester I had a around a 2.8ish and 2nd semester I had a 3. I know. Absolutely horrible. So ive completed my 1st semester of sophomore year with a 3.71 (yaaay :D improvement lol). I plan to get atleast a 3.8 for the rest of my high school career. Also I did some calculating and by the end of junior year my gpa will be atleast a 3.5 uw (I know, still way too low :/). So currently im interested in NYU, Syracuse, university of Rochester, UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, university of pennsylvania, boston university, & Berkeley (I know, all impossible :S). I really really really want to major In possibly biochemistry(sciences like these. I want to help humans through science so I think biology or chemistry would be good). Any suggestions for universities? Are all of my ideal schools super high reaches? Also what colleges (aside from UC's) dont look at freshman year??

Btw: sorry if I posted this in the wrong place ._.

OH YES I almost forgot…my EC’s so far: I was apart of key club freshman year, doing 60 hrs (6 hrs a month), I am part of my schools band, I plan to start a community service club (most likely red cross) at mt school, this year I was on jv tennis, im currently apart of CSF (California scholarship federation), and im apart of the junior classical league. I plan to volunteer at an aquarium soon. I also plan to volunteer at a bunny shelter.
