thanks

I am; I could try to answer your question.

Why not just ask the question? There are numerous alums/students here.

they were like random numerous questions.... lemme list a few ...

whats the kind of atmosphere in the libraries ?? can you concentrate in there or are ppl talking/dancing/singing ??

what about the dorms ?? noisy ???? even at night ???

what time do the computer labs close ??

is there any place except for the dorm where you can study late into the night ???

thanks !

-the libraries are very quiet; you won't have any trouble concentrating on your work. columbia libraries have very few social spots.

-the dorms vary. if you are a freshman, the most social is Carman, Furnald is the quiet one.

-computer labs are open 24 hours a day

-Butler library

"Nobody sings in the library, nobody here makes a peep..." (www.prangstgrup.com)

But seriously, Butler is a reliably quiet place to study and reading rooms are open 24 hours.
