Any difference between 1560 and 1570-1590 SAT score?

I was wondering if taking the SAT again will make any difference to my chances of admission. Specifically, is there a difference between a 1560 SAT score and anything higher but not perfect to an admissions officer?

no

correct. No.

Thank god… Because I was freaking out about my SAT score and was in the midst of a dilemma on whether I should retake the SAT or not.

You SHOULD be freaking out about how great your score is. Congratulations.

The higher your score, the less important it is to take it again for an extra 10 points.

Yep, everyone’s right. Great score, you’re done, move on to doing bigger and better things with your time. Well done, @Idiots123 !

Nope . . . you’re done. Congratulations!

There is always a margin of error in SAT scores which ranges from 30-50 points depending on various conditions, and colleges know this too,so a 1560 is as good as a 1600. Best of luck!

Thank you everybody! I guess I’ll move on to do more meaningful and tasteful ventures!

Cheers, @Idiots123 – may you enjoy and benefit from them all!

none , not at all!
