if blocked, just google “schools with best financial aid for international students”. It’ll be called something like ‘65 colleges’
Most likely you’ve missed the boat and will need to wait for Fall 2018 admission.
Among colleges with the best aid for internationals, I doubt you’ll find many that offer Spring admission (and even those may not have much if any aid money left).
There may be exceptions. If your qualifications are very strong, check out these schools:
Brandeis University
Cornell University
Middlebury College
If your qualifications are less strong, or you need a big merit scholarship, check deadlines (and eligibility of internationals) for:
University of Alabama - Huntsville
University of Alabama - Birmingham
There’s no financial aid for internationals for the spring term.
