Any good universities in Northern california?

Can people list some good universities in north california. Thank youuuuuu
Also can you name some universities close to University of San Francisco

Yeah. These two schools called Stanford and Cal are okay.

Stanford and CalTech aren't "okay". They are prestigious.

That was sarcasm, and "Cal" refers to UC Berkeley. Always.

Jesus christ, saxsky. Pat Bateman.

There are lots of universities in Northern California (though CaTech, mentioned by sAxsKy, is not one of them - CalTech is in SOUTHERN California). You can use the search feature at California Colleges to look for those that meet your preferences CaliforniaColleges.edu - Undergraduate Matching Assistant .

Depends on what "good" means to you, but while at a different "tier " than Cal & Stanford, be sure to check out University of Santa Clara, and UC Davis , the latter if you are in state.

San Jose State, Santa Clara University, Stanford, San Francisco State (closest to USF), UC Berkeley (2nd closest to USF), UC Davis, Mills College (if you are female), St. Mary's Moraga, Holy Names... But it really depends on what you want to study... If it's art, then there's the Art Institute of SF and the Academy of Art SF.
